Does TikTiks charge any fees?
All fees and markups are included in our price. We do not charge any checkout fees! What you see is what you will pay at checkout. How seriously awesome is that? No more mental math.
Can I buy just 1 ticket?
Of course you can but it will depend on the set you are trying to buy. Sets that are listed as pairs, can not be broken up. However, you can buy a single ticket from any set that has 3 or more tickets.
Once your payment is approved and confirmed, we will send you an email right away to let you know that your order is being processed. In the event order wasn’t successful, we will notify you by email.
When will I receive my tickets?
It will depend on the kind of type of tickets that you purchased. Look for the icon, hover your mouse or tap the icon on your phone for more info about the ticket type and how/when to expect them to be delivered. You can also check the status of your ticket on the mobile wallet through the TikTiks app. Confirmation and more information about your transaction will be delivered to your registered email address right away, and the actual tickets will be available as a mobile e-ticket in the TikTiks app and sent as a PDF (if supported) to this same email address.
Why won’t I receive my tickets until 48-hours before the event?
Some performers, teams, and venues release their tickets with a delivery delay. This mean tickets are not available to print or transfer until exactly 48-hours before the start of the event. When they become available, our sellers will upload them shortly after or the next day. Of course, we guarantee you will receive your tickets in time for the event. If you haven’t received your tickets on the day of the event, please email us at help@tiktiks.com and we will look into it right away.
This would shock us, but if it does happen, we’ve got your back. Just give us call at 1-833-TIKTIKS. If you’ve caught us while we’re not in the office, text our emergency line (587) 319-2090 and we will get back to you immediately… promise!
Do I have to print my PDF tickets?
Yes, it is recommended that you print the pdf tickets and bring them with you to the venue. It’s better safe than sorry, and not all venues support mobile ticketing.
If your venue has mobile entry, then absolutely. We do recommend that you have the pdf ticket printed out just in case, unless you are 100% certain your venue accepts mobile entry then giver!
Why don't I have the seat numbers?
Most sellers do not provide seat numbers but we assure you that if your seats will be together, no matter how many you purchase in the set. Your seat numbers will always be visible on the PDF or Mobile Transfer version of tickets you receive as an attachment to that email.
Absolutely not. The name on the ticket is just the name of the original purchaser who sold the tickets to you. You purchase is backed by our 100% guarantee that you will no issues getting in.
Unfortunately, all sales are final. That said, we are more than happy to relist them on TikTiks for you for a 10% listing fee if they successfully sell.
My event got postponed, what now?
When an event gets postponed, your tickets are still valid for the new date the performer rescheduled to.
My event got cancelled, what now?
Well, that sucks! Just send us an email to help@tiktiks.com. Once we confirm that the event has been cancelled, we will provide you with a full refund to your method of payment.
How do I turn on push notifications?
In order to receive push notifications, you must allow TikTiks to send you notifications in your system settings as well as turning on notifications in the app settings.
On the mobile app tap the profile icon on the bottom then tap the profile icon in the menu. In there you will be able to change your name, phone number, email and password.
If you do not have access to that email address anymore, please go into your profile an update your email address. Once that is complete send us an email to help@tiktiks.com with your order details and we will sort it out for you.
You should have received an email with a link to verify your email. If you did not receive it please do the following first:
Double check that your email address is correct by tapping the profile icon on the bottom of the navigation bar, then tap the profile icon in the menu.
If your email address is correct, check your spam/junk folder.
